As part of a partnership to increase access to recreational facilities for residents of Santa Clarita, the City of Santa Clarita and the William S. Heart Union School District have announced that four high school tennis courts will be opened. to the public of the week at the end of July. . ..
Residents can enter the courthouse at Canyon High School, Heart High School, Valencia High School, and Saugus High School, in addition to the public facilities open at Bouquet Canyon Park, Valencia Glen Park, Valencia Heritage Park, and Valencia Summit Park.
The neighborhood-city partnership reaffirms the commitment of each institution to providing quality leisure opportunities to residents of Santa Clarita (students and adults). The availability of additional facilities also reduces the impact on city park grounds when many residents gather to play and train during the summer.
The District Court is available at certain times of the week until July 31. The general public has access to the court on a first come, first served basis. The full program is as follows:
- Canyon High School (19300 Nadal Street)
- Monday to Thursday, 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Heart High School (24825 Newhall Avenue)
- Valence High School (27801 Dickerson Drive)
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Saugus High School (21900 Centurion Way)
