Rodan + Fields donates $1.55 million to support youth empowerment


Rodan + Fields announced a $1.55 million donation to 11 nonprofit organizations that will advance career readiness and life skills training, provide mental health services and support environmental conservation in historically underserved communities in North America and Australia.

These donations are part of the company’s three-year philanthropic investment initiative, the Youth Empowerment Fund, which aims to empower young people to lead social and environmental change.

Nonprofit organizations included in this grant include:

  • buildOn Inc.
  • Posse Foundation
  • Student energy
  • The Smith family
  • Boys and Girls Club of Puerto Rico
  • Green Guerrillas Inc.
  • Huckleberry Youth Programs Inc.
  • Repair business
  • Youth Residential Services and Empowerment
  • save the bay

“We believe that philanthropy is a powerful tool to empower young people to become positive leaders and agents of change in their communities,” said Lindsay Vignoles, director of environment, social and governance, Rodan + Fields. “Giving back is a fundamental part of our Do Good strategy, and we are honored to support our existing and new partners to create a more inclusive and sustainable future.
