Survey asking for feedback on the city’s recreation and sports grounds

[ad_1]

The Town of Wellesley is seeking public input to understand the community’s “needs and uses” for recreational and sports grounds, as well as outdoor grounds, according to a survey.

The survey, which should take less than 15 minutes to complete, is available until November 1 online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/wellesleyfieldandcourtstudy.

Officials are developing a study of playgrounds and outdoor courts, and feedback from the survey will help the city identify priorities and strategies for its playgrounds and courts, the city said in a statement announcing the survey. .

The survey asks respondents about 20 questions, including the types of recreational and field activities people currently participate in; sportsmen play; how often do they use specific city courts and courts; and if people have any concerns about the city’s current facilities.

Respondents can also comment on the conditions of some existing fields and courts, and if there are any activities or sports that the city does not have the facilities to support.

For more information on Wellesley Recreational and Sports Grounds, people are encouraged to visit the town’s website at https://wellesleyma.gov/352/Facilities-Fields.
