Hofstra University’s tennis courts are located on North Campus, directly behind the Hofstra Swimming Center. The tennis center consists of nine courts, which have been recently refurbished, allowing the Pride to perform multiple flights at the same time.

The first court at the Hofstra University Outdoor Tennis Center is dedicated to the memory of Allison Kelly, ’05. Kelly was a member of the women’s tennis team from 2001 to 2004 and her dedication, commitment and friendship were respected and admired by everyone in the Hofstra Athletics community.

Kelly Court offers a lasting legacy of Allison to all who play here and the nomination of this court serves as a thank you from a grateful athletic department for calling her a Pride member. Kelly died in October 2004 of a rare form of cancer. A rock with an inscribed plaque, located outside the entrance to the tennis center, serves as a permanent memorial.
